I was making my character in the character creater with the new rulers from the 2024 PBH, and somehow the lucky feet appeared in my sheet. I'm a variant human from the old ruleset wit 2 lvls ranger and 1 lvl monk. Does anyone know why I got the Lucky feat.

It's probably from your Background. All of the 2024 Backgrounds provide an origin feat, and for two of them (Merchant and Wayfarer) that feat is Lucky.
FYI, if you are playing under 2024 rules, you are probably better off selecting the 2024 Human than the old "Variant Human".
I don't have any background applied, but I guess it automatically puts it there. I discussed with my DM on the variant human choice and they allowed it, but thanks for the heads up anyway ;)

Of course anything you work out with your DM is okay, I just mean that the 2024 Human has all the same features as the old Variant Human with the addition of getting Heroic Inspiration for free at the end of a long rest, so there's little reason to use the old one if your table is using 2024 rules.
