You could always make a suggestion in '"Request and vote for new features for ddb" but considering how such a tool would interact with our TOS I personally don't think it's likely, least not in any way that would encourage behaviour contrary to the TOS (account sharing, under age users). Unfortunately I don't think any potential implementation is going to be immediately helpful for your situation.
I do wholeheartedly support keeping children from making purchases either accidentally or purposefully. My suggestion is to make your children's characters in D&D Beyond. Save them as a pdf distribute them to their tablets give them each a set of dice.

D&D Beyond ToS || D&D Beyond Support
It doesn't need to be immediate, but it would be a nice feature for parents/guardians of the kids who fall outside of your ToS.
