Does the 15% discount if you own the legendary bundle (or 10% for other two bundles) stack with a discount code for an individual book? I just checked an can confirm DESCEND25 works for the Legendary Bundle as of June 7, 2019. Not sure if there is a code for the Source Bundle or Adventure Bundle.
I think your best bet is to use the "Contact Us" form under Support in the footer below. Maybe it's possible for you to cancel the purchase and get the code working again, and redo the whole operation :-)
You can also use another code with Ghosts of Saltmarsh, the coupon SALTMARSH was a generic one for books (excluding bundles), not bound to the actual book GoS.
Try RIVALS19, or DESCEND25. Or wait a few weeks until there's a new coupon code.
Edit: Fixed typo on the DESCEND25 code, thank you @fohswe!
The greatest adventures are those you share with your friends. Jump into the epic quests and storylines of Dungeons & Dragons now with 25% off the Adventure Bundle on D&D Beyond using the 'TOADVENTURE' code at checkout. Answer the call! https://www.dndbeyond.com/marketplace
Not sure if this is intended or not. So use at your discretion. But... If you purchase pre-order books, they subtract from your Legendary Bundle, even though they're not in the Legendary Bundle. I was able to pre-order both books and bring my Legendary Bundle down $60.
Yes they do :-)

Just used SALTMARSH to make some purchases, got 6.00 off!!!
Can someone help me? I accidentally used SALTMARSH on the dmg but forgot to add actual SALTMARSH to the cart. Now the code won't work again.

That should actually be DESCEND25 (with a D in the end), and it's for the Legendary Bundle I believe :-)

Oops, thank you, fixed! And yes you're correct, DESCEND25 is for the legendary bundle.
And now "TOADVENTURE" for the Adventure Bundle.
From D&D Beyond's Twitter:
Any new codes?
If you scroll a bit you'll see the most recent codes. If your scroll wheel is broken:

RIVALS19 also still work. It looks like it has a 25% discount and not only the advertised 20%.
Thesselhydra just rang up at $6.79 for me (I have Legendary, so my price was $8.49).
(I don't know that anyone's mentioned it in the last few pages, but it's been up for a month now, I think?)
Can you only use one code a a time was looking into getting the legendary bundle.
Yes, generally you can only use one discount code at a time - and you can only use a given discount code once.
Saltmarsh for me says it's invalid. Are pre-orders not allowed to use coupon codes?
They should work on pre-orders as well. It might be that it has expired. Maybe try RIVALS19 ?

I don't think Saltmarsh works anymore. Its coming up as invalid for me as well. But Rivals19 worked.
has there ever been a discount code for the sourcebook bundle?
Not yet.
