All of the discounts, sales, announcements could be (and almost certainly) are automated. I obviously have no idea what's planned, but they could have set up a sale that 'turns on' at midnight without needing anyone on their end needing to do anything. Whatever happens, I hope everyone is having a nice Thanksgiving. Cheers.
Well depending on the sale will dictate how much I spend on this, hopefully they have bundle deals because I'm looking to buy alot, but if the sale is meh, wont spend as much.
As someone who was pissed off the first black Friday because they posted none of their deals in advance, and someone who now owns most of the digital content (purchased non-legendarily during cyber monday), it'll be worth the wait!
I think each sourcebook was like $20, which was a steal when Amazon at the time had them for $40.
Click on the ebberon book, below the price you see a coupon deal. Click that then search for d&d books to see which are available because not all of them are, and the sale ends tonight.
No, he's using the mobile app, as I just tested. I just reinstall the mobile app and most of the available compendium books are about 10 bucks down in price. For those who doubted a sale. There you go. Here's as good a proof as you should need that there will be one. If somebody wants screenshots as proof, please do install the app and get make some yourself XD
While yes, most books are down a few bucks, thats not the 3 for 2 sale. If you check on the Ebberon book on amazon (from mobile) youll see a green savings tag below the price. Click “Shop Items” and search for dnd books there. Not all books are on sale sadly
I know, I stated when they were from. I know in my experience coupon codes tend to be variations on each other. For example if say they did a super cool sale and called the sale uber 75% off sale and the code was uber7518 uber being the sale name and 75 being the discount and 18 being the year. And they had the same sale another time. Lets say the previous year and it was 50% off the code would have likely been uber5017. Thus my thought of people trying variations of the codes I had repeated from last year around this time. It was a hope. I have no way of testing codes because I own all but like one or two of the latest releases.
Did anyone find the code for Amazon buy 2 dnd books get 1 free? My carts ready but no codes or discounts to be had that I can find.
There's not a code. If you go to the 3-for-2 sale, and put three of the offered books in your cart, they will subtract the price of the cheapest of the three at checkout. But when I went through the sale, it didn't look like they had every D&D book in the sale. But there's a core book box set for 80-something, and I think all the basic core books, and the Eberron book, and maybe a couple more.
EDIT: Looking through the sale, in addition to Eberron and the core book gift set, there's Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes, Descent into Avernus, DM guide and Monster Manual.
Edeleth Treesong (Aldalire) WoodElf Druid lvl 8 Talaveroth Sub 2 Last Tree StandingTabaxi Ranger, Chef and Hoardsperson lvl 5, Company of the Dragon Team 1 Choir Kenku Cleric, Tempest Domain, lvl 11, Descent Into Avernus Test Drive Poinki Goblin Paladin, Redemption, lvl 5, Tales from Talaveroth Lyrika Nyx Satyr Bard lvl 1, The Six Kingdoms of Talia

Looks like the available books [that qualify for the deal] are:
Eberron: Rising from the Last War
Baldur's Gate: Descent into Avernus
Xanathar's Guide to Everything
Ghosts of Saltmarsh
Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes
Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage
Core Rulebook Gift Set
Acquisitions Incorporated
Waterdeep: Dragon Heist
Dungeon Master's Guide
Tales from the Yawning Portal
Monster Manual
Art & Arcana (a great look at the history of D&D)
Warriors and Weapons & Monsters and Creatures (books to help kids understand // get into D&D)
That said, discussion of the Amazon deal should probably be taken to another thread, rather than giving everyone who's posted in/followed this thread notifications every time someone says something about Amazon. People follow this thread for DDB coupon codes, not other discussion.
It wont even be worth purchasing the legendary bundle unless they give at least a 50% discount code.
The legendary bundle was listed as $473 last week when I added it to my basket and now today, the day before they've hinted at giving a discount code the price is now $615.
Meaning that a 25% discount on the current price will only be $11 cheaper than the bundle was last week.

Most probably, they will have the "20$ for any book" deal, as they have been having for the last couple of years on Cyber Mondays.
#hope
Keeping fingers crossed for a legendary bundle code
Also waiting for the legendary code

Thanks everyone for your work on this

The subtotal price has not changed to for me... are you seeing the tax increase now?
