Are you paying extra for a bundle? I already own every book in the Sourcebook bundle except for the Aquisitions Incorporated book and the Eberron: Rising from the Last War book. Yet the listed price for the Sourcebook bundle for me is 87.46 . That's 43.73 for each book who's normal non-sale price 29.99 each. So I'd be paying 27.44 for the privilege of 10% off all future sourcebooks? For 29.99 normal price for sourcebooks that's going to take me nearly 10 future books to buy until I actually start seeing a discount. Hardly seems worth it.
You don't pay extra for the bundle but if you bought any of the sourcebooks for cheaper than $19.99 you won't keep that deeper discount, so if you got say the 50% off the PHB from the essentials kit, the bundle will charge you $5 for the PHB to bring it up to $19.99 instead of the $14.99 you paid when you bought it. Same goes for any other coupons you've used in the past.
I had previously purchased 3 sourcebooks and one or two minor class items... the sourcebook bundle was showing about $182 after my discount for previously purchased content.
I then added ALL the remaining sourcebooks individually to my cart and it came up as $167 total.I made the purchase.
The sourcebook bundle is now showing as $14.99, but when I look at all the books listed in the bundle I have them all unlocked... I don't get it.
The only thing with purchasing individually is I won't get the 10% discount going forward on sourcebooks. It looks like I'll need to pay $14.99 to get the 10% discount going forward... or better, yet just wait until next cyber-monday... :)
I would like to think this is just a glitch in the algorithm to calculate the individual total of the bundle.
I just used my 50% off Coupon from the essentials kit to get the PHB for $10. The Price of the Source and Legendary bundles went down $10.
I would like to assume that after cyber monday is over, the total cost of the bundles will be the cost of the remaining books less 10%.
Otherwise, as has been noted before, what is the point of bundling if we just have to pay back what we have saved?
For me, I will be picking up all of the discounted books I want and leaving the rest (skipping Ravinica and Acq. Inc)
Maybe they will fix the glitch and I will be 2 books away from getting the bundle but in the mean time, I just basically saved $80 on digital content.
"just used my 50% off Coupon from the essentials kit to get the PHB for $10. The Price of the Source and Legendary bundles went down $10 (what code was 50%) " as this is not available for the rest of the folk.?
I had bought (individually) all books except for Acquisition Inc. Today, the Source Book bundle was only $1.99, so not only did i get Acquisition on the cheap, but now have the 10% off new Source books. I know I paid a lot for the others (using whatever codes i could use) but i am glad i am setup for future books
So I guess I should just wait for a decent discount code if I want the legendary bundle?
The bundles are discounted now, so you don't have to add each item individually. It's basically the same as if you had a 33% off coupon for most items already applied, but you need to decide within the next few hours, as this is "Cyber Monday" only. I'm not sure if they're counting 'Monday' by PST, UTC, or local to browser viewing the site. The Cyber Monday discounts still show for me at 20:05 Eastern US time.

I realize there’s more content now but what’s the cheapest this has ever been? It’s at $564 in my cart right now.

The best code which previously existed was 25% off. The Legendary bundle itself is 15% off, so the current Cyber Monday deal is basically the same as taking 15% off, and then applying a further 25% code.. LB & Code: For every 100 dollars, the Legendary Bundle alone charges 85. Take an additional 25% off that and you get 63.75. That's roughly 36.25% off. Cyber Monday: 33% off most items, which is about as close as you're likely to get.
I would not assume that there will ever be a 'BeLegendary25'-type code in the near future. Huge discounts tend to be introductory (new product) or recovery (trying to revive a product) deals. D&D Beyond seems to be established and doing pretty well, so what you can get today is probably the best you can expect.
I got the sourcebook bundle myself since most or all of the adventures are Forgotten Realms. IMO, Eberron shows that you can have high fantasy while maintaining a distinct flavor, while FR tastes like you took a seven course meal and ran it through a blender. The upside is that everything is in there, but the downside is everything is in there.

On the marketplace page it shows 229.and change crossed off. 87.46 70% savings.
Either you have done very well using codes to buy books (possible), or you have overlooked a sourcebook contributing to price. Do you have AI, GGtR, tortle package?
I realize there’s more content now but what’s the cheapest this has ever been? It’s at $564 in my cart right now.
The cheapest discount code I remember for legendary bundle is 25% off. The current sale puts it down about 8% (because the 15% discount is not being applied to the new price, the price is lowered so it does not create the paradox of individual books being cheaper than the bundles).
Only books I didn't have in the sourcebook bundle were acquisitions incorporated and rising from the last war plus the compendium content of the monster manual. Every single book I have ever bought has been through coupon tho and so the sourcebook bundle was costing me $88ish for two 30 dollar books and one 10 dollar compendium. With the sale today it brought my sourcebook bundle price down to $18. I assume that's because I paid 24 bucks for most books and it changed their price to 20. This meant it credited me 4 bucks or so per book I bought and actually lowered the price considerably. That's what I assume is going on.

I bought the physical Essentials Kit from the store and inside was a key for the Essentials Kit on here as well as a Discount Code for 50% off the PHB.
Ah i missed a book my bad

Well as it stands for whatever reasons it is definitely NOT worth it for me as outlined in my previous posts.
You're not alone. I was curious as well...

It is definitely worth it, we have an opportunity here to gain all the content for an amazing savings

Put the legendary bundle in your cart and see how much it takes off.

Wait so are there any codes available at the time? Anything helps.
Not at the moment, as far as I know, only the Cyber Monday sale discounts.

Same thing here. I was only missing the Tortle book and Aquisitions Inc. and got the sourcebook bundle for $1.99!
I bought the physical Essentials Kit from the store and inside was a key for the Essentials Kit on here as well as a Discount Code for 50% off the PHB.
I have the phb on here and the essentials kit. Can I use the phb discount code to get the monster manual or dm guide instead?
No, sadly. If you already have the PHB, the code does nothing for you. Give it to a friend.
