When does D&D beyond run the next coupon normally and does anyone know how to get a coupon code for the starter set. Teaching some people to play and already have the Starter Set, just want the the digital version to show maps and for the reference links.

Coupons are released at random intervals. We don't know when the next one will be.
The starter set is lost mine of phandelver and the free basic rules. There are no codes specific to it. And there are currently no coupons at all.
Other than subscribing to this thread (which can be a bit noisy) is there any way to subscribe for sale notifications?
It would seem I missed the Cyber Monday sale but I'm unwilling to pay full price for the sourcebook bundle. I would like to be notified when a sale is happening in the future or coupon code is available that would give me a discount on the sourcebook bundle.

Sales are rather uncommon (only cyber Monday so far). And this is the only thread where we post about sales and coupons.

Coupons are most often shared on DDBs social media accounts, so following them on at least Facebook and Twitter is recommended :-)

I looked into following them on Twitter, but they are really noisy there with multiple tweets per day. I would prefer to keep my Twitter feed clear of stuff that I don't really care about, and all I care about from D&D Beyond is sales.
Sales are only a couple times a year, like black Friday and once they had a $10 off everything sale. Wish I'd picked up the tactical maps for $5! Coupons are from their Twitter, Facebook, and their affiliates sometimes post coupons too. Thankfully the bigwigs let us aggregate it all here.
Anyone else find the bundle pricing busted?...it would cost me $89.96 to buy the rest of the source material outright, but $114.96 for the Sourcebook bundle.

Did you get some of the books from the bundle you're looking at already? It's discounted by the amount you've already paid, so if you got some of the previous books discounted, then that would probably explain the disparity.

I have a similar issue as I bought most of the books on Cyber monday. The remaining cost of the Sourcebook bundle is $106 but the only books I dont have from that list are the Tortle Package and The Wayfinder's Guide to Ebberon, which is pretty much irrelevant with the release of the new book.
I emailed support about it, hoping it was an error. It is not.
According to the rep that emailed me back about it:
When purchasing the bundle, the full price of the books must be paid in order to gain the permanent discount. Unfortunately, that means coupon codes or sales discounts also must be paid.
Because of our licensing agreement with Wizards of the Coast, we have to price the bundles in a way that the full price of each book in the bundle is paid for, in order to gain the permanent discount on future books
Which means that it will never be beneficial if you have every used a coupon or gotten a discount and did NOT by a bundle.
The cost of the books on Cyber monday though were $100 less than if I just bought the bundle itself, so I dont regret it.
Thanks for sharing. Guess I’m in the same boat then. I’ve got what I want at a decent price, so I don’t mind either. If Wizards wanted more of my money, they’d work out a less convoluted distribution scheme / sales agreements. Heck, I’d gladly pay full price to have a hardback and digital copy of some books (technically could have done that à la carte with the past sale on amazon and here). Oh well.

Stellar price these folk pour over the books and enter everything by diligent hand and painstaking craft.

I’m not denying that. I‘m just at the end of my list for source material that I need. I’d like to buy the bundle and get the discount for future releases. However, as it stands, I will probably pass over this content (SCAG, Ravnica, Tortle, and Wayfinder’s) and buy maybe one or two more future releases depending on how I like them. I’d be more inclined to buy everything with a bundle that was priced around the current value of this remaining content and buy future releases with less thought (and waiting for other codes / sales to drop) with the slight discount it offered.
Greetings everyone. Under the advice of Sedge, I'm posting this here:
50% Off Code for the PHB here: PHE-Zvns-sUkv-EhMN
First come, first serve. I recently bought both digital and print products, and already owned the PHB when I received the code. I hope someone can use this.

I really hope another 25% code comes up soon, I have been saving for the legendary bundle for months.

But trust me it's not for love the pricing is far from free. However i prefer to support dnd beyond rather than buy hardback books atm.
