Can anyone point me to where this convo is if any? I use it all the time and would love to talk about it and see what ppl are saying.
EDIT: I've been using Maps for about 4 months and I am loving it's simplicity and elegance even though it still has room for improvement (and I hope it always keeps that as a philosophy).
I've submitted feedback previously and I like how easy it is to use. Each update has made significant improvement.
• I would love to see the ability to anchor and unanchor area effects to tokens to create eminations.
• I would love to be able to add drop down for both tokens and area effects in the form of simple icons with for conditions & effects. Currently there is a coloured circle function for tokens which I sometimes use to show bloodied but the ability to add text around those borders including a much larger palette would really help DMs. Also if this is the case, the last text the DM used on that colour saves that text ;). Alternatively, your team creates a larger palette and assigns conditions and effects to these new rings therefore keeping a consistency across users which has a statistically significant chance of increasing ease of use across the digital geography of players, therefore increasing use.
• On conditions and effects rings, duration numbers can also be created in the corner of those conditions & effects icons which automatically count down each round once created (cast?) starting on whomever's turn it currently is in initiative.
If you are planning to post about features you would like added or bugs you have encountered, I'd use the Bugs & Support Forum.
If you are just trying to have a discussion with fellow Players and DMs, then post in the General Discussion Forum.
Hope this help :)
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
