On the other hand are these bastions linked or separate and individual? If linked you might consider things like the smithy, armory or barracks bless they are already covered. Even then things like the garden might not be covered . Then there is the storehouse which gets you 10% more gold than you put into it so it’s always useful. If nothing else I would get a garden and a storehouse at L5 garnering healing potions and extra cash
I personally think the bastion system needs more class & subclass-themed options.
Like, at high levels, the Warlock could maintain a symbolic representation of their Patron's domicile on a floor, like a sylvan glen, a void seemingly filled with distant stars where brains float & eerie whispers abound, an undead's place of rest, a shrine to the archfiend who has your character's soul, a bright sanctuary with imagery of angels, a plush, gem-laden & rare collectible-filled genie-worthy room, etc. This could grant the ability to briefly ask a single question from or about their Patron when invoked/tribute is given.
Or, for a 4 Elements Monk, a set of 4 areas engrossed in their respective elements, linked by a central dojo, chapel and/or library, depending on the flavor of base Monk.
Most of the existing options are generic or are too much for 1 PC's individual bastion
