Certain classes like echo knight and some third party classes like from the new book are only available in beyond as 2014 characters will they ever be made available to be used for 2024 characters?
As has been posted in numerous other threads, that is entirely up to the creators of that 3rd party content. They would need to publish a 5e2024 version of those sub-classes, and many are not likely to do so. They are not likely to do a 'digital only' version, and if they do hardcopy versions it would mean having to run new editions of their printed materials (sourcebooks, etc.). If the only change is one subclass within, no one is going to buy it and they'll lose money for having done so (printing is expensive). That means that if (and it is a big if) it happens it will be when they have enough for an entirely new book. That takes time, and comes with its own costs as well.
