Monk's Uncanny Metabolism missing

The level 2 class feature for the Monk Uncanny Metabolism is not showing in the character builder or on the character sheet.

I own the full 2024 5e PHB where the feat is listed. All of the other feats are showing up, including the optional TCOE feats like Dedicated Weapon. 

Am I missing it listed somewhere else? 

I built 2 monks, and both show Uncanny Metabolism under Actions at the bottom of the list, as well as under Features & Traits.

I rebuilt the character from scratch, not sure what I setting I changed, but now I have the Metabolism feature but the options from the TCOE are gone. Will Tasha's not work with 2024?
