With the three new One Shot Wonders adventure packs, it indicates that it includes the adventure, battlemaps, and "Key NPCs".
Does anyone know if the other creatures in the packs are available without having the Monster Manual? Are they all SRD/Basic Rules only, or does buying the adventures grant access to those creatures without buying the Monster Manual?
I have all the books myself, but my wife uses my books through campaign sharing. Since those aren't accessible in the VTT, if she wants to run the adventures as a one-shot to relieve my "Forever DM"-ness, will the VTT allow her to access the monsters for the adventure, without buying the Monster Manual? Yes she'll need her own DM Tier subscription to D&D Beyond, but Campaign Sharing doesn't allow access in the VTT normally.
The Encounter Builder shows "no monsters" if you limit just to the One Shot Wonders sources, not even the NPCs.
When you buy adventures from DDB, you usually get any monsters you need to play it for free. However, there are always first, I guess...

You can also order the pdf directly from Roll and Play Press, and get all of them -- over a hundred - for the same amount as the 30 available on D&D Beyond.

That doesn't seem relevant to the OPs question given that
They stated they already have the books - "I have all the books myself"
They're asking specifically about having the books to use on D&D Beyond Maps
To add to this question: For the scenarios, "The Hag, Gertruda Sludgewit" for example in the Lost Dog adventure, would I just add in the "Green Hag"? I'm REALLY new to this and just need a little bit of hand holding to get started. Thanks,
Probably lends another question here. Does the VTT allow access to the Basic Rules monsters, if you have a DM's Tier subscription but not the MM? Asking for a wife.

The NPCs are descriptions of characters, not stat blocks.
Everything in each of these supplements uses the SRD 5.2. From the introduction of each supplement

Yeah, for anyone in Important Characters, you’d use the stat block that’s linked there.

Yes. Any user can use anything from the Basic Rules anywhere on the site.
