I have a player trying to create a character on D&D Beyond. I have the main books and the Master Tier subscription to share access. However, when he tries to build his drow, he says the subrace is locked behind a paywall. I can create it without any issues.
Am I missing something that he needs to build his character?
Make sure that they are creating the character using the link to the campaign, so that they can use shared content. Also make sure that "content sharing" is turned on for the campaign.
Once they’re in the campaign, have them try clicking the “Sync My Entitlements” button here as well. (A message should pop up saying the sync was successful, even though the page itself will keep saying otherwise due to a current bug.) https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses
Which Drow are they trying to use? The one from the 2014 or the 2024 PHB?
