When I purchase the digital version of any of the non D&D monster books (i.e. Flee Mortals Flee) from the marketplace, does that include tokens for each monster? (i.e. for playing on the Maps VTT or Sigil). Thanks. Brian B.
Yep! They'll show up in Maps or as a 2D token in Sigil with whatever thumbnail is shown in Monsters. You can see the Flee Mortals ones here. (Not every monster has its own unique art, in which case it will show a default based on its creature type.)
Do you know for sure that the non Monster Manual tokens show up in Sigil? (i.e. like the ones from Flee Mortals -- considering one owns the Flee Mortals digital book in D&D Beyond).
Can't say I've used Sigil myself (still waiting on Mac support), but it works AFAIK. You should be able to pull in any of your monsters from D&D Beyond as a 2D token (not a 3D model) regardless of what book they're from.
