The description of nondetection reads "For the duration, you hide a target that you touch from Divination spells. The target can be a willing creature, or it can be a place or an object no larger than 10 feet in any dimension. The target can’t be targeted by any Divination spell or perceived through magical scrying sensors."
So here's my question: Let's say I cast nondetection on a 10x10 room, and I'm in that room, would Divination spells or scrying work if Iam the target of the Divination spell rather than the room?

I'd say if divination magic can't work on a room, it probably won't work on anything inside the room, either.
Thanks! That's how I was thinking of it too - casting on a space turns that space into sort of divination-proof room but I wanted to make sure I wasn't missing any loopholes that could come back to bite me.

The description of the spell is specific in listing three things that can be targeted:
A willing Creature (No larger than 10' in any direction)
A Place (No larger than 10' in any direction)
An Object (No larger than 10' in any direction)
A 10'x10' room is a 'Place' and thus falls under the rules, so I would allow this at our table. I would also rule that anything in that room would fall under the spells affects and if you entered the room, yes, you would be under the spells affects for the rest of the duration.
Looking at the 5e.24 version of Nondetection, it also works the same.
Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Note that Mordenkainen's private sanctum is generally a better option to protect a location if available (it's higher level, but it also lasts 24 hours instead of 8, covers a larger area, doesn't have an expensive material component, and blocks some effects that nondetection won't work on).
