You won’t be able to have the species itself add the language to the sheet.
I would just list it there in the text description for the species. Then on the sheet, you can click inside Proficiencies & Languages and use the sidebar to manually add the custom language.

Do y'all know how to create a custom language for a homebrew because I tried and couldn't figure out how to do it
