As title suggests, the question is if the two source books in the Forgotten Realms Ultimate Bundle count as 'core' rulebooks for the 2 week early access that Master Tier subscription holders get?
There are 3 Core rules books. PHB, DMG and MM. The Forgotten Realms books are Campaign Setting and Players Expansion.
That said, the two main FR books will release early on October 28th.
Thanks. I just can't find where it says that on the site. All i can find is my master tier subscription perk saying 2 weeks early release for the Core books so wasn't sure if that applied to any other books since I couldn't find anywhere that listed these as 'core' books.

I think the only place it actually defines "Core Rules" is in the character builder on the Sources list, where it describes "Core Rules" as "Character options from the Player’s Handbook, Dungeon Master’s Guide, Monster Manual, and D&D Beyond Basic Rules."

Addtionally, the term has been used for "The main three books" since 3rd Edition. It's not officially defined anywhere in a glossary that I can find, but the older editions had "Core Rulebook" written on them, and it's been generally accepted, because everything also says

Annoyingly
Two week early access to core rulebooks
Isn't actually just the Core Rules. LIttle c vs big C. It's largely anything that WOTC completely controls, but not always.
For example:
Forgotten Realms books - Two weeks early
Core Rule Books - Two weeks early
Eberron Forge of the Artificer - Two weeks early (if it ever releases)
But third party and third party collaborations are not:
Stranger Things Hellfire Club
Grim Hollow Campaign guide
etc.
And then there's some exclusions of pure WOTC stuff like the Heroes of the Borderlands, that they wanted to focus on the physical versions of, and the digital versions were largely just an afterthought.
