In case you all haven’t seen, there have been some social media posts with Joe mangianello (the actor, whose name I’m probably spelling wrong) along with Margaret Weiss and Tracy Hickman (co-writers of the dragonlance novels) at WotC headquarters.
There are other photos around which include Dan Ayoub (head of D&D).
Mangianello has long been a big D&D player (if you look around, there’s a video of the custom table he had made and his gaming room is incredible, though that was before his divorce so who knows what it’s like now). Anyway, he has been trying to get a dragonlance project off the ground. I’m unclear if it’s meant to be live action or animated. Either way, these teaser posts started coming out a few days ago, so something might be cooking.
It’s definitely interesting. I think the original plan, based on things Manganiello said after it was axed, was a huge epic (and epically expensive) live action show trying to position to grab the Game of Thrones market and the way that show ended and the near collapse of the Witcher as a franchise made WotC and Hasbro think twice. I expect whatever we’ll end up with will be smaller in scale but here’s hoping it’s still good
(Btw does anyone know if the Netflix Forgotten Realms show is still in development? Seems a while since I heard anything)

Last I’d seen was this, but it’s from February. And of course D&D has had that corporate shake up/reorganization since then, so who knows if that will be a factor.

I want to be excited, but... I'm not. This could mean anything. I think i am at "Will only believe it is happening half way through the first episode" territory.

I couldn’t find anything more recent either so for the time being I’m going to be optimistic
