I have just had to log back in after adding in my date of birth and nationality as I join via Wizards and my oldest character has vanished and my most recent has reverted back to its original creation.

Is this just my problem.

The most likely explanation is that you’ve signed in to a second account. Did you previously use Wizards to sign in?

I know I didn't use the other options, so wizards it must be, will try the others anyway, thatnks for the hint
