I've been struggling to find any ones thoughts on them. But they seem rather alright, sure some of them are a bit weak for what they are but others are really good. I would like to say that boon of soul drinker is probably one of the best there.
I have read through a few of them, and they seem decent, but personally, I don't pay much attention to Epic Boons as the group I play with is fairly new and we very rarely reach the levels where we would be able to access them.
Perhaps this is why you don't see much discussion on them, as many people don't reach the higher levels to be able to utilize them.
Cheers!

Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
The Shapechange one was the only one I saw that might make the cut. Nothing else there or really in the feats generally that was very exciting. I play AL and AL gets to high levels, I have 3 Tier 4 characters.

im sort of underwhelmed with them in general and especially the ones in the Fr book. mechanically they generally fall into the slightly better than a normal feat range. which is fine i guess but they are desperately short on fluff or vibe. I feel these are the feats that should be defining your path to immortality, you are legends now almost demi-gods and feat of i guess he heals a bit faster its hard to tell doesn't really have much aura.
Since none of the characters in my gaming group have yet reached Level 19, this discussion is rather moot, AT THIS POINT. When the group gets to Level 19, then the discussion might get interesting.
That said, Boon of Bountiful Health in Heroes of Faerun looks interesting, says my level 15 Archfey Pact warlock, subject, of course, to any objection from my Most Gracious Patron.
Lol, oddly that is exactly the type of feat i was referencing boon of bountiful health 5 extra temp hit points whenever you get temp hit points and when you use your hit dice to heal you get the max result on the roll. So basically boon of I guess he heals a bit faster than usual but its hard to tell. It is mechanically fine, short rests give more zip for you, and as a warlock you want to take short rests. but on a narrative level all that is happening is you heal a bit faster on a short rest. but not so much that it is miraculous.
On the flair side I do kind of like boon of poison mastery and boon of communication, neither are really good. But total immunity to poison and can communicate with anything has some person of legend flair. And with poison mastery if you took poison spray you can be like "everything's coming up millhouse".
The Boon of Bloodshed is awful. The bonus to damage is mathematically worse than the Boon of Combat Prowess, so it does basically nothing (especially compared to GWM) if you don't reduce creatures to zero hit points.
I'm a big fan of the posion one, as a DM this is my favorite epic boon to give green dragons. Also fan of the one that lets you reroll any failed save.

They are okay I guess. Very few people will ever reach 19 levels.
Greetings DMman69,

What Shapechange Epic Boon?
I imagine they're referring to Boon of Fluid Forms.
pronouns: he/she/they
Oh I don't have that supplement. They should have specified the source.
To be aware: It's likely the entire thread is meant to discuss the Epic Boons released in the new Heroes of Faerun book.
