Got to say it's pretty disappointing for a 30 dollar book. It's only about 1/3rd the length of the other 2024 revamp books. It's got the same amount of content as the digital-only addons like Lorwyn First Light & Astarion's Book of Hunters (15 dollars each.) The book itself is easily the shortest one published with a physical version in the entire 5e library.
It seems they skimped on the art in order to keep the book as efficient as possible for the cost of printing, but it's still extremely sparse. For example, the Magic item compendium is less than one full page, and there's absolutely zero new lore about Eberron's worldbuilding. (But hey, there's magical zoom calls now, apparently.) And I expect if you're going to skimp on materials that the customer shouldn't have to pay full price. (The pre-order discount brings it to around 40 dollars for the full bundle, but the marketplace is claiming the full package is worth 60+ dollars (30 for physical & digital.)
All in all, it feels like most of its content should have come automatically with the 2024 update of the original 5e Eberron book.
