Do you mean the list on your character sheet, or somewhere else?
P might mean "Prepared," as in "available to cast." Unlike most classes which prepare spells daily, Wizards can only prepare spells which they've acquired in their spellbook, not just any spell which is on the complete Wizard spell list. Not sure what O means. Perhaps O might mean "bOok" as in, "this spell is in your spellbook," or maybe "Owned?"
Or is the language set to something other than English?

On my wizard spell list some have O, some have P and some have nothing next to them. What does this mean?
More importantly, how can I look up the answer for myself!
