Mine still says preparing order too. Postman has just been and nothing so doubt I’m getting them today. Honestly it’s the last time I’m buying from DNDStore, they always turn up late and the discount from buying a bundle is only a pound or two cheaper than buying hard copy from Amazon once they’ve cut their price. They deliver on time too

This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience with the DND store uk. Normally get the books early. No easy way to contact customer support either. I doubt I will purchase books again through it. Very disappointed 

I've pre-ordered in the past and it's been ok, I knew when the books were due and how they were being delivered. All I know at the moment is that my books have been shipped, but no idea when I'll get them or who is delivering (presuming it's Royal mail).

I think in future I'll be looking elsewhere for hard copies.

At least you know they are on there way 😭 me I know nothing apart from it’s being prepared

I think I saw on the Reddit thread they have only just started work a couple of hours ago so we shall see :/

 I got this 10 hours ago (IDK Why it went to spam).

Books already in my possession though 😂

That prompted me to check my spam folder and I found an update. I now have a tracking number so I guess that's progress 😁

Ahh :( I checked my spam folders and nothing. I must of rolled a 1 on this sale

I have my books. Arrived this morning via Royal Mail/Parcelforce.

mine just arrived via parcel force. looks like it was supposed to arrive 11/12 according to the paperwork. maybe delayed due to Xmas hols post?

Mine just turned up by Parcel Force, no email or tracking info though. Looking at my paperwork it shipped at 9pm on the 12th so no way it was getting to me on time but glad it's now turned up
