Are you comfortable with incubi and succubi in your game?
As the forever DM, I will use them, but I am Aroace and Trans. So the use of Incubi/succubi as NPCs is fine, but I will not be running an adult game. In fact that is in my taboos for session 0, no Mind Control, No Adult entertainment, No Mind Control, no PVP. Yes I list No Mind Control twice, in my actual session 0 I may repeat that a few times, to ensure everyone understands.
How I use Humaniod feinds who often travel to the mortal realms, ie Incubus, Succubus, Cambions, and Erinyes is to have them as a hidden fiend NPC who seems helpful to the party but turns out to be either the mastermind BBEG or has the McGuffin needed to defeat the BBEG for the low cost of your immortal soul.
For me it's all about safety and respect and the massive importance of early (when forming a group and in session 0) and ongoing communication. I've played with people who wouldn't care in the least if I (the DM) leaned heavily into the traditional themes/behaviors associated with these creatures (although that's not my personal cup of tea) and I've played with people who having one of these creatures getting mentioned at all would be upsetting. Neither type of player is wrong. To me this subject is just one more reminder that safety, respect and ongoing communication are paramount.
