I'm not 100 percent clear on what you mean by extra spells. I think you might mean how it shows the version of each spell at a higher level. Like fireball at level 3 doing 8d6, and then it will also show fireball as a level 4 spell doing 9d6 and a 5th level spell doing 10d6, etc.
If that's what you mean, go to the home tab on the character builder and turn off level-scaled spells. That should stop showing higher-level versions of the same spell.
If it's not that, it's likely that you have spells that are granted by an ability, which gives you both a free cast, and also the ability to cast it with spell slots. The system has to present this as two separate entries on the list. (And if you're granted the spell by more than one source, it'll show up even more on the list.
double check that the spells you have chosen are not also granted by a feat. If thats the case, go back to you spells for your class, and choose something else

So I have repeat spells I can’t get rid of, it’s quite annoying. Can i fix this?
