I think it's a fantastic book, Keith Baker is one of the best D&D content creators out there in my opinion and it adds a wealth of lore to the setting and some really interesting player options like Gnolls as a playable species that have never been available before. Having said that it's not perfect, Baker is far better at lore than he is mechanics and some of the subclasses are a little over powered or needed better editing to avoid features that don't entirely make sense as written
