Is there a way cast a version of Spiritual Weapon that is a ranged weapon? Doesn't matter if it's Core, Expanded or Partnered content.
I seem to remember some sort of ability that made it as a weapon that could shoot within 30ft of it but I cant find it anywhere.
A Spiritual Weapon create a floating, spectral force that resembles a weapon of your choice. So while it could look like a Ranged weapon, it would still make melee spell attack as part of its effect.

I feel like this is something a Cleric of like...a goblin god like Maglubiyet would do.

Not that I know of, although SW can move up to 20 feet when you command it, so it's kind of close enough.
Yeah at that point you can flavor it to be a bow, crossbow, etc that shoots spiritual ammo at enemies
Spiritual Weapon can take on the appearance of a ranged weapon, but it doesn't change its properties.
Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
