So I have reached 7th level with my Eldritch Knight fighter. Of course I got two attacks at 5th. It says I can now use my action to cast a cantrip and bonus action an attack. Question is can I still get two melee attacks as a bonus action? TIA

No, you cannot make two melee attacks (or any kind of attacks) as a bonus action. There is nothing in that feature that would give you that ability.
It specifically says you can make one weapon attack as a bonus action. The fact that have a feature allowing you to make multiple attacks when taking the Attack action doesn't affect any of your other abilities that don't use the Attack action (such as attacks made with a bonus action).
Remember that Extra Attack grants its benefits when you take the Attack action. War magic says that you can use your bonus action to make one attack. That is not the Attack action.
