What do you wish to talk about that is specific to maps?
Dungeon Alchemist will let you quickly make some gorgeous maps quickly.
DMHelper will take that map and help you manage combat easily. It also has a fog of war feature so you can manage exploration of dungeons and caves and rooms in buildings.
I use both together to regularly throw dozens of monsters at my party per encounter. And i can usually do the monsters' turn of combat in a minute or so
You're not. For years the company line was "Please use the Feedback button", but since Zac has taken over the Maps team, he's been a lot more visible on the forums.
For now they haven't made a dedicated Maps forum, but if you put stuff in the D&D Feedback forum they sometimes comment on it.

Given the capitalization, they're probably talking about Maps, the D&D Beyond VTT tool. There is not a specific forum section devoted to it.
