Is there any items that allows you to take a Reaction to make one melee attack against a creature that enters your reach?

I know there is a Feat that does it but I want something that doesn't require a polearm like [feat]Polearm Master[/feat] does, but with all the magic items there has to be something else that does this without the restrictions of a heavy and reach. Like for unarmed strikes or normal weapons that don't have the heavy and reach. If you can recommend official items and if they are in certain books would be great. I know I can just homebrew anything I want but I would like to see if there are any items already made for this.

No items I know of, but the Brace battle master maneuver does allow it.

I was not expecting anyone to go through them all but thought someone might know of an item that does it

The Sword of Answering lets you make a melee attack against a creature that damages you as a reaction, but that's the closest thing I can think of.
