A player in my campaign cannot add Serpent Scale Armor to her inventory. I attempted to do so from her character sheet in the campaign, and also through the edit feature. Although we can both search the armor (SSA) under magical items it cannot be located or added under the character. All content boxes are checked on character creation. Any thoughts?

Just confirmed, and the book is shared with me from a campaign I am playing. So my players in my campaign cannot use?
Unless the character is in the campaign that you are in, you can't add it because only characters in the campaign with content sharing can make use of the content sharing.

Yes, you can’t share something shared with you.
But you could make a homebrew version of it as long as you don’t publish it and share that with the person.
