Which is entirely inexplicable; the Hexblade (present in both 3.5e and 4e) had no particular connection to the Raven Queen prior to 5e, and it's not like her domains (Death, Fate, Winter in 4e, Death and Life in the Dawn War pantheon and probably Exandria, not actually a goddess in Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes but apparently associated with memory) have anything to do with blades. Someone like Kas would make more sense (or whoever created Blackrazor, which is not specified in lore as far as I know but given it's from a module from 1979 and thus predates the Forgotten Realms, likely Nerull).
