I came across a reddit post from 6 years ago about a T1 "+2 Greataxe that gives you advantage on Stealth checks and 120’ darkvision." A later comment said that it's from "a Season 7 Guild Adept campaign. But the best Axe in AL, IMHO."
My Google-fu is kinda mid but I cannot find any name or source for this greataxe, anywhere. I'm also not sure what the 'Guild Adept' campaign is, or whether it or items from it are AL-legal.
Unless I'm confusing them with something else the Guild Adepts were a group of developers that DM's Guild selected and promoted as creating better and more balanced content than most people on DM's Guild. A lot of them went on to pretty high profile jobs in third party creators like MCDM, Ghostfire Gaming, Kobold Press etc and at least a couple now work for WotC themselves. A few of these Guild Adepts also helped create and run the adventures that were used in Adventurers League.
As for the axe it's possible it was an item created specifically for an AL campaign and intended to be used just in that campaign. I couldn't find anything similar when I Googled it I'm afraid
I would suggest creating a Homebrew Axe, as it sounds like you know the stats. Creating an Axe that is +2, gives Advantage on Stealth checks, and 120ft Darkvision should be pretty easy.
Cheers!

Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty. Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers; Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas. Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
The one I thought of is the Ace of the Dwarvish Lords. But it’s an artifact, so probably not what you had in mind. Also, while it does give darkvision, there’s nothing about stealth and it’s a +3.

Anyone know of it?

Thanks for the information and for looking for the axe! Cheers.
Alas, I'm part of an Adventure League group so no homebrew. Thanks for the idea though! Cheers.
