D&D: World of Warcraft Pre-order Bonuses

Did anyone receive the pre-order bonuses for D&D: World of Warcraft in D&D Beyond already? (Icy Throne Digital Dice Set, Horde & Alliance Character Sheet Backgrounds & Frames, and D&D Encounters: Season of Champions mini-adventure)

I've redeemed my activation key but still didn't receive any of the pre-order bonuses. Will they be available on a later date or is it a bug?

They used to give out the preorder bonuses pretty much as soon as you preordered but recently they’ve been doing it much closer to release. I’m still waiting fir the Arcana Unleashed preorder dice and that book hits early access in about three weeks
