Does anyone know how to hombrew the blessing of the raven queen on DND beyond? Trying to make a Drow/Shadar-Kai hybrid. The UI is just really confusing and hard to figure out especially the 5th level resistance.

ModeratorWhen you create a homebrew, you can select that species as a template to get an exact copy. Then you can peek inside to see how it was set up, steal its secrets. 🤫

Thanks, but I need to own the books of the Shadar-kai for the species template. I don't think content sharing works for it.
The latest version of the Shadar-Kai is in Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse. Is that what you mean?
I think it might also be available more cheaply in one of the class starter pack bundles: the Wizard I think.
Shadar-kai and drow are both considered Dark Elves. Just play a Shadar-Kai and take feats to get the spells a drow would have.

I'm new to home-brew, but I think I can figure out the drow spell casting. The Raven Queen's blessing, which goes proficiency bonus times, and has a fesature that unlocks at level 3 is more difficult.
If I can't find anyone to help I might try this, but I'm trying to remove some features like the Necrotic Resistance to make it more balanced. I also want to attach sunlight sensitivity for also balancing. I'll keep drow magic, and blessing of the raven queen only.

ModeratorTo track the number of uses, you’ll need to add an Action. Make sure to give it a Reset Type. After you save, you’ll see a Limited Use section at the bottom.
Since this particular level 3 feature is a very short-term temporary effect, I’d just leave it in the text.
