Is the Gift of Alacrity spell still a useable Wizard spell in 5.5 / 2024? I don't see it on the lists. Thx.
It's restricted to Wizard subclasses with the Dunamancy tag.
Unless you finagle with feats, you pretty much have to be a practitioner of some form of Dumanis to use Dunamancy.
Luckily, on-site, you can pick those Wizard subclasses w/5.5e Wizard to take Gift of Alacrity(Not sure how Echo Knight Fighter interacts with it)

Magic Initiate no, as it's not on the Wizard spell list, it's only available to the Chronurgy subclass
Fey Touched yes, because it's a divination spell
