It's stated that no one can leave Ravenloft without either the Dark Powers allowing them to leave, or if the DM rules otherwise. If so, how do the restoration features of devils/demons/angels work? (I.e, they revive with all their HP on their home plane if they die). Does it not work? Does it work, but their restored in ravenloft? Do they escape? Need some clarification on this.
