Hi there, Midgardians!
A couple of months ago I bought the Ultimate WoW/D&D bundle and it said that it would come with codes for in-game items (I think there was a mount and a toy).
I've got early access to the book, but I didn't get any code. Could you help me, please?

Comes with the physical copy of the book (it was mentioned somewhere if I recall on the product page).

I'm in the same boat as JaimeVonCarstein. Haven't received the codes for the WoW items yet, and afaik D&D Beyond is supposed to email them to you (or they're meant to appear on the website here?) rather than Battle.net.
On the same boat as well, hopefully the items come in soon. Wanna see them in-game <3
Same here, made a ticket but no response. Have yet to see anyone with the mount ingame yet though so maybe theyre not giving codes out yet?
I've seen multiple reports of people in the EU getting it and I saw one person on an NA server earlier that had it. I think, for some reason, people who have gotten the CE version of it have gotten it, whereas people who just got the digital+physical (80 USD) version haven't gotten theirs yet? Idk, but it's odd.
same here waiting for my code....kind of annoying i was really excited to finally get to use the mount and pet but despite it saying you can redeem the code today there is no code....i got the digital+physical

Anyone got the code yet? It says on the product page the codes can be redeemed today (nov 3rd). Also haven't gotten a response on my ticket yet...
They will probably send the email on the actual release day, not the early access from having a subscription.
Strange, it's advertised on the store page that the codes are redeemable today....
I don't know how US/Canada does things but, EU customers should find their code under Order History - Unlock the Activation Key.
Same boat as well, check under licenses in dndbeyond nothing there as well as some suggested. Really frustrating and poor customer service on Wizards of the Coast's part...
Yeah, I can never understand when stuff like this happens and a company stays quiet instead of putting out a notice to clear up the confusion.
"Codes in North America won't be sent until 11/17" or "Codes are processing now but may take a bit to get to you" is all it would take, rather than advertise something, get paid for it, then say nothing when some people don't get everything they paid for while other people do.
Pretty much every company is like that anymore.
It's silly.
The funny part out of all this is you know not to spend money with them anymore. It is so simple to just post a clarification on the in-game codes, yet they refuse to do so.
That would require taking accountability, which the average game company is allergic to nowadays. They'll make their money, watch as people make ticket after ticket and forum post after forum post, and laugh all the way to the bank. Of course the forum mods have plenty of time to post on other threads about simpler things. I'm starting to believe they were purposefully ambiguous on the store page for the bundle in order to rake in a few extra bucks.
Same problem here, hoping for my code :( I'm also guessing none of this stuff works in WoW forever which is such a bummer
It's explicitly stated to be for the regular WoW, not Classic. I'm guessing Forever would be lumped with Classic as a side game, rather than the main product.
