Shaman (barbarian) build. Converting Temp HP to Healing

I was building a shaman character using the Wow book, saw it gives a lot of Temp HP but nothing about converting it into healing.

I was wondering if there's a feat, magic item, or something that can do that? I swear I saw something like that on here but completely forgot what it was.

 There is a spell called either Dark Lantern or Spirit Lantern, that creates an effect that grabs part of the life force of some creature that has just died and makes it available to the caster.

This is not a low level spell, though, it is at least 5th level or higher.

 Temp HP is very deliberately not the same as healing so there's no way to switch one for the other

 Back in, I think it was edition 4.0, a warlock with a Fiend patron could convert temporary hit.points into healing but your character gained such power at the cost of its soul.
