This Is a general feat that His only Prerequisite Is to be above of Level 4+ and have Either have a Proficiency with Calligrapher’s Supplies, Cartographer’s Tools, or Painter’s Supplies
This at the start allows you to cast Illusory Script, and "You can cast it once without a spell slot, and you regain the ability to cast it in that way when you finish a Long Rest. You can also cast the spell using any spell slots you have of the appropriate level. You can use herbalism resources of the appropriate value in place of the Material component specified for that spell. The spell’s spellcasting ability is the ability increased by this feat"
Then when you reach higher levels of proficiency, you can cast this next spells
(+3) Glyph of Warding (+5) Symbol
My only question Is you can use it in regulars games... The prerequisite doesn't Locked to the setting of WoW... To me shouldnt be any TYPE of problem? Right?
That’s a decision for the DM, there’s plenty out there that allow anything regardless of setting and a lot that ban stuff even from the core books, so it’s impossible for us to look at one specific feat and say “yeah you can 100% use this”
Technically, the only limit on what you're allowed to play is whatever the DM says. If your DM was okay with it, you could play the WoW classes in a normal Forgotten Realms campaign if you wanted to.
If it helps tables decide on what to include or not, there's an article on the front page currently talking about which options from the book are available in AL. Might make for a good guideline for tables that want to restrict features and are looking for what may be appropriate for their tables.

Considering that "You can use herbalism resources of the appropriate value in place of the Material component specified for that spell" would be meaningless in a non-WoW campaign unless the DM ported in the Gathering rules, it would be a difficult feat to incorporate into a "regular" game
Otherwise I don't see the issue with it, although it's a bit wonky that you can't take the feat until level 4, but then immediately gain an extra benefit from it when you hit level 5
Edoumiaond Willegume "Eddie" Podslee, Vegetanian scholar (College of Spirits bard) Lan Kidogo, mapach archaeologist and treasure hunter (Knowledge cleric) Peter "the Pied Piper" Hausler, human con artist/remover of vermin (Circle of the Shepherd druid) PIPA - Planar Interception/Protection Aeormaton, warforged bodyguard and ex-wizard hunter (Warrior of the Elements monk/Cartographer artificer) Xhekhetiel, halfling survivor of a Betrayer Gods cult (Runechild sorcerer/fighter)
Originally I thought WoW/WotC’s expansion was fair game considering several of the race/species were the same like Goblin and they brought back old content like Swashbuckler. However, when I recommended related content to someone else on here in a public form, another user cautioned me not to.
I guess the proper etiquette is always to ask your DM what content they allow or not and to raise any concern you have about certain abilities that might not fit or may seem too OP (Curse of Corruption + Enchanter Adept, Otherworldly Familiar + Pact of the Chain, etc.) It’s best if you both do your homework first or be honest that you aren’t familiar with something. A good DM is supposed to work with you to tell a story, bot against you.
