4e backgrounds don't really translate well to 5e backgrounds, since the majority of 4e backgrounds are actually magical powers, rather than anything that indicates personal history; firecracker especially doesn't say much other than "I like fire a lot." The best option to fit the theme would likely to be a fire genasi or tiefling sorcerer, using either the red dragon or the UA phoenix subclasses. Tiefling sorcerers have access to a fire based feat, but your DM might want to drag the hells into your story.

i wanna make a firecrafter from 4e to 5e and suggestion on how to transfer it over ?
I would definitely work that in as a sorcerer ancestry. I had to look into what a Fire Crafter was but that's what stands out to me
