Here is a character portrait card for one of the characters that I have been working on
This is the portrait card for this character https://ddb.ac/characters/8492553/9aDqEo - from her portrait card and her character sheet, what kind of character would you say she is? I am curious what everyone thinks of her, because what others think will tell me if I am getting her character right or not.
to be honest i think knight because of the narrow straight face, i mean... think of disneys mulan or something, she becomes a sword weilder and does not have strong medal armor or anything

Disney's mulan would not have had a knight background. Backgrounds are what skills you have from before starting your adventure and her background would probably depend on when her adventure is considered to start, mulan started with bridal training (noble or courtier backgrounds), then faked her way into army (charlatan), then had military training (soldier).
Based on the skills she used in the final scenes of the movie, courtier or charlatan are probably the backgrounds that stuck, and the military training amount to class levels in fighter and/or rogue.
Bit of a tangent, back on topic, knight is a variant of noble, so it fits. Background doesn't necessarily have to match class. A knight can be a monk or spellcaster.
Thanks for all your responses guys. She is actually a character with gender dysphoria. She was born a boy but has lived a significant part of her life as a girl.
The jewelry she wears is real but it's not as expensive as it looks.
She is also a human transmutation wizard and mostly uses her staff as her arcane focus, but she can fight with it too, hence the wrapped end.
She is primarily a support character though.
Her ultimate goal is to learn True Polymorph, so she can permanently morph herself into the girl she has always been.
Along the way though, she makes friends, goes on an adventure and discovers the true origins of her family.

I think she is a straight up knight with the independant kind of mindset. Thats what i see
Staff an lack of armor makes me think monk, wizard, or sorcerer. Fancy jewels makes me think noble background.

I get a multiclass Sorcerer and Cleric vibe out of her. With a hint of monk maybe.
I get a monk vibe because of the wrapped end to the fighting stick that's on her back.
