The title kind of says it all. I know how to homebrew items and add extra feats if I need to, but apart from taking an official class and switching stuff around, is there a way to add homebrew classes (such as Matt Coville's ones or others from DM guild)?

Not yet. Homebrew classes is a planned feature, but for now you can only homebrew subclasses.
