I've got the module on Roll20 but navigating through the floors to find which one the players just entered can be a pain, since exploration can be non-linear. Does the DnD Beyond purchasable book have hyperlinks to each room in a floor or is it similar in that each floor is just a chunk of text? I'm just trying to cut down on how much I need to flip around in a digital document when a couple clicks should help suffice.

Thanks!
The answer is.... "sort of".
While there are no hyperlinks given for each room, you can supply a URL directly to it yourself.
For instance, the first room on the first level is under the heading of "1. Entry Well".
There is no direct link provided to this heading, but you can reach it by changing the URL to:
https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/wdotmm/dungeon-level#1EntryWell
Some rooms have subheadings. Example:
2. Hall of Many Pillars
2a. Demon Reliefs
2b. Pillar Forest
The below URL will take you directly to the subheading for 2a. Deamon Reliefs
https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/wdotmm/dungeon-level#2aDemonReliefs
All you have to do is use the head/subheading in the URL after "dungeon-level#", omitting the "." of course.
This will work on any of the source books... at least all the ones I have tried.
...cryptographic randomness!
Quick links to rooms is on the to-do list though, so we will get it eventually.
