How does the campaign feature work for sharing books? I got a group starting and i bought the legandary pack for me and someone asked if i can share it so they too can create characters. If i sub at the highest level do they get access to all my content or like only a book or two?
A master subscriber can enable content sharing in a campaign. Then all members (players and DM) of the campaign will have access to the compendiums of all books purchased by other members. And characters made in the campaign will have access to all player options purchased by other members.
So are you saying....If a free or limited subscriber starts a campaign and enables content sharing and a master subscriber with everything joins said campaign, everything is then available to all in the campaign?
Any player (not only the DM) can enable content sharing IF they have the master subscription even if they don't have any content themselves to share. Once they do enable content sharing, all official content is shared by everyone in the campaign regardless of who owns it. One might own the Players Handbook, another Curse of Strahd, both will be available to everyone in the campaign.
Also, to be clear, you only have access to all those options for character creation within the campaign. While you can read everything in the compendium, you will not have access to that content to create other characters.

I know a bunch of people already answered and cleared it up, but: No, that wasn't quite what I was saying. I thought I was pretty specific.

Thanks. This answers my question.

Awesome thanks everyone.
