Has anyone come across this class in dndbeyond and I am just missing it?
Has anyone tinkered with creating something along these lines that can offer suggestions on how to do it?
Near as I can tell, we are not currently able to create a class from scratch. We can create sub-classes by scratch, but not full classes. Is this accurate?

Creating full classes is indeed not an option at this time.
I think there might be a number of variation on the theme as homebrew subclasses, but I have not checked to be honest.
