Creating Homebrew Equipment on D&D Beyond

This is the exact problem I have. I want to make a pistol for my player that contains the fire arm rules I have on it. Now I can make a custom item. But the problem is that the "Notes" section is insanely stupid and bulky. There's no way to space paragraphs and it's laid out in the inventory like some giant zit. 

I don't understand how this site needs an overhaul just to add something that is almost exactly like magic items but not magic items. 

Which is buns. LET US MAKE GEAR FOR THE DAMN GAME WE PLAY. I CANT MAKE AMMUNITION CALIBERS.

Bullets. Thats what I get to use. Bullets. The same bullet for a pistol, the same bullet for a shotgun, the same bullet for an automatic rifle, the same bullet for an antitank gun.

Completely ridiculous and insane. I pay a membership to use this site and share my content, but am limited to the type of content I can make. AND WoTC can just steal and use my stuff anytime they want from the website laws. Ludicrous
