The "Books Of Shadows" allows a Warlock to cast three cantrips from any class, however it doesn't state whether they require components to cast, but it does say that they are fitted for a warlock. Does that mean I don't need the components to cast them despite the fact it isn't directly stated?
Unless stated otherwise the default rules apply. So when the Book of Shadows makes a spell a Warlock spell, the rest of the rules still apply including all of the components.
Cantrips from your Book of Shadows become Warlock spells for you, and as such follow the Warlock casting rules. If you chose to start with an Arcane Focus, rather than a Component Pouch, then you would use your Focus instead of Material Components.

Fixed (in bold).
But yeah, always use components unless specifically told not too.
