So, I how do ppl behave and function after just waking up from being unconscious for a couple of days from trauma and fever and exhaustion? My character is about to do just that, but I realized that I dont really know how what that looks like. I know how ppl behave when they been knocked out (in martial arts or from other accidents) but they are usually out like 30 sec and I suspect that it would be different when one has been out a longer period. Anyone have any experience with this or tips that could help me make a believable portrait of this character waking up?
Also, is there a subforum for roleplaying, acting and narrative discussions that I have not found?
For your first question; there's no rules on how that's handled and it'd be down to your DM. A few points of exhaustion might be the right direction to go
For your second question; the closest match would be Play-By-Post
I just did something similiar for an npc who had three levels of exhaustion and little food. I played her as disoriented, unable to follow a conversation, and little short term memory recollection. So in your case I personally would start with those aspects and drop them one by one over a couple of minutes. I also would have an idea of the "last thing I recall" which might not be the last thing that happened. Maybe a bit of disbelief on being informed what happened.
For another reference see Lord of the Rings, Return of the king when Frodo wakes up at the end in Minas Tirith. Or Aliens when Ripley wakes up on the station as part of the dream sequence for another take.
As for an acting or a performance forum, not yet. These questions crop up here and there. I personally like the idea of one on how to help players and DM create immersion. Props, music, dialog, etc.

I don't recommend method acting for this :)
