I have been working more on my character, inspired by Alice in Wonderland. This character is the second draft of the one discussed in this thread. I have filled in more of her character sheet and balanced out her ability scores more. I have also made some additional changes to her, like dropping the Feylock, Fey Presence, which I have now turned into a story element. She still has Fey Presence, but it is no longer a playable mechanic. Instead, her Fey Presence is just always there. She can't control it, but it still adds to her warm, innocent beauty and can be felt by people and animals alike.
Also, I have now named her Alys Amastacia, instead of Amelia. Here is version two of her character sheet. Below you will find the notes and descriptions that you won't be able to see on the publically shared sheet.
Custom Background: Royal Rejection.
Alys has rejected her Human heritage in favour of her Fey Ancestry. She has chosen to reside in the forest and live side by side with a village of Wood Elves, and to worship Eldath, as her Human ancestors once did.
Gnomish
Perception
Survival
Cook's Utensils
Feature: Wanderer
You have an excellent memory for maps and geography, and you can always recall the general layout of terrain, settlements, and other features around you. In addition, you can find food and fresh water for yourself and up to five other people each day, provided that the land offers berries, small game, water, and so forth.
Characteristics
Below you will find the aspects of the character. Some of these have changed from the original incarnation of this character.
Personality Traits
I feel far more comfortable around animals and plants than people, and place no stock in the pampered children of privilege. Money and privilege won’t save you from a hungry owlbear.
Ideals
The natural world is more important than all the constructs of civilisation. We must care for it, nurture it and help it to survive because in doing so, we save ourselves and open up the way to true happiness.
Bonds
The people in my village are my family, my most beloved friends' and the single most important thing in my life, even when they are far from me. For them, I will face any danger, endure any pain because they saved me from myself. Had it not have been for them, truly would I be lost.
Flaws
I am slow to trust members of other races, tribes, and societies, as I know all to well that those who live in cities of brick and stone will harm you if they can.
Notes
These are notes that I have added to the character sheet with the approval of my DM.
Organisations
The Order of Rillifane - Acolyte. Alys was inducted into this Order when she passed her first test and joined the Circle of the Land. The order recruited her as an acolyte, and there are many more tests to take before she becomes a fully-fledged sister. These are unannounced so she never knows when her order might give her a task meant to test her.
Allies
Aelena Iiphelkiir (Elenor Gemblossom in common) - friend, companion and teacher. Aelena knows Alys' real name and titles, and she will take action to protect her friend's privacy if need be.
Enemies
Bai Coote - Stepsister. Wants to see Alys dead, as she plans on taking over her father's lands, position and titles when he dies and as long as Alys lives, Bai can never inherit the objects of her desire.
Other Notes
Alys keeps her real name and titles secret. She goes by the name of Alys Amastacia; given to her by the Elves she lives with, but her real name and titles are: The Rt Hon. Isabella Coote, The Countess of Bellomont
Alys speaks to other Elves in either Elvish or Sylvan and other Druids in Druidic. To everyone else, she only speaks common, and that includes giving her name. Which in common she gives as Alice Starflower.
Although she can speak Gnomish, she usually still speaks common to Gnomes, unless they are people of importance to her or her village and then she will honour them by talking to them in their language.
I honestly don't know where you find the time for concepts of the level of detail you do. And this is a second draft. I struggle enough to write 2500 words of fiction for a week, and two playtests for a campaign.
Thanks for your reply. Let me try and answer all your questions.
Alys's stepsister still wants to get rid of her; she just has not been able to find her. So she has put getting rid of Alys to one side, in favour of other schemes that she can more easily bring to fruition. If Bai was ever to learn that Alys (Isabella) has returned, she might well revive her plan to kill her stepsister, and remove her as an obstacle.
Alys sees her stepmother and stepsister for what they are. Scheming, money-grabbing and power power-hungry. Alys has known this from being a small child, and both stepmother and stepsister have known that she knew. They played a chess game of sorts, in which Alys tried to tell her father the truth, but as a child, with a child's mind, she was always outmatched by her stepmother. Who made it look as though Alys was making up stories, telling lies and generally being an unruly and ungrateful child. Getting Alys into trouble with her father, who attempted to curb her wild behaviour, and who never noticed the truth behind her words and actions.
In her heart, Alys loves her father, but she resents him for not believing her when she tried to tell him the truth and for scolding her for things that were not her fault. Eventually, her resentment of her father turned into rebellion against him and what she saw as the oppressive nature of humanity. Alys no longer thinks of her self as human and refuses to be like them. Her running away was the moment when she fully embraced her Fey Ancestry. Everything human in her died that day, or at least she locked it away, deep within herself where it could no longer hurt her.
She was 18 when she ran away. Her mother (her biological mother) had not visited her since her 16th birthday. I had a thought that her mother wanted to take away when she was 16 and so came to take her to the Feywild forever. Alys refused because at that point she still had lingering loyalties to her father, and so her mother left, and she has not seen her since that day. Also, I imagined that this was why she found the way closed when she tried to cross into the Feywild two years later.
The suitors she received while living with her father were of good character, and all belonged to high class, wealthy families. These were primarily arranged for her by her father, who was attempting to make alliances with other wealthy bloodlines. Arranged marriages are nothing new in the time of the game, especially amongst high ranking noble houses. So this was not her father being cruel; it was just the way things were. Her rejection of them was not down to them being bad people themselves. She rejected them because they came from families who were involved in the business of destroying the natural world that Alys loved. Also, as they were from high ranking noble families, they were responsible; at least in her eyes, for spreading what she had come to consider the filth of humanity.
Alys loves Aelena and Aelena has returned that love, though it is not love in the romantic sexual sense. It is more like a deep spiritual love. Alys and Aelena find themselves bound by a bond that transcends what humans consider love. They are sisters, soul mates if you like. They may have experienced a more sexual love, but it is not from lust or desire. It's just a natural product of the connection they have with each other. I have not written about that though; as it is not something that belongs in a game, however, I have kept it in mind when thinking about their relationship.
For the game though, and keeping things PG, I have styled the love that Alys and Aelena have as being platonic.
I hope this at least helps to answer the questions that you might have. I am not very good at writing, so please excuse my rambling.

Also, the link to the character sheet needs editing. it should be: https://ddb.ac/characters/16782628/LlWF3p . You have it as: https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/d-d-beyond-general/general-discussion/ddb.ac/characters/16782628/LlWF3p which doesn't work.
More on topic. Some disorganized random thoughts below. I like what you have done, so the below is more meat for the bones you have written.
More interested to hear how the DM works with it. I guess time will tell.

Lies. Your writing is fine, as is your imagination. :)
And I did mean 'relationship' in a more general sense.
