Well if you're concern is that you don't feel they explain their material categorisation enough, I feel that's a somewhat minor issue. Others, myself included, have managed to understand it, so it's not an endemic concern.
Seeing as you don't feel comfortable sharing whatever your other issue is with DDB, something that is 100% your prerogative, I don't think it's possible to speak to it's validity. It could be a completely valid complaint, or a completely absurd one, only you and customer service can speak to that.
